Training at Murphy encompasses many formats and venues from internal classes to on-the-job real-time mentoring to external courses in a classroom environment. In addition, many of our suppliers and vendors contribute their expertise to the training process through informative sessions on new products and services.

Each year every Murphy team member is required to review their training needs with their mentor and formulate a training plan for the upcoming year. This development process enables open discussion regarding employee training that relates to their specific job responsibilities as well as other areas of development that will foster future career growth.
