Murphy Company is currently working on the new CROCS HQ in Broomfield, CO. This project is a tenant improvement buildout of an existing office building. We are responsible for retrofitting the existing mechanical and plumbing systems to work with CROC’s new office layout.
The building will feature exposed ceilings showing off the new work completed by our skilled Murphy Craftsmen. Working in existing spaces comes with its challenges, but we have been able to find timely solutions due to great communication onsite. We are looking forward to delivering a great final product!
