Project: Scottrade Center Renovation: Ice Rick Replacement

This extremely time-constrained replacement of Scottrade’s (now named Enterprise Center) ice sheet piping/refrigeration system had to be completed in time for the St. Louis Blues 50th Anniversary and could not disrupt center events. The 10-week project involved careful scheduling, prefabrication and 10,000 hours of manpower. The engineer, who has seen 75 similar replacements, said he has never witness such a feat, which took Murphy Company one-third of the normal time!
