It’s National Apprenticeship Week! We are so proud of our many apprentices for their commitment & dedication to their craft. At Murphy Company, we provide our apprentices with pathways to roles such as HVAC Service Technicians, Pipefitters, Plumbers, and Sheet Metal Workers.
Murphy is partnered with The Western States College of Construction for an apprenticeship program that spans 4 to 5 years, depending on your chosen field. Apprentices join our team, receive 40 hours of hands-on weekly training, and attend classes contributing to their associate degree. Apprentices get the opportunity to learn a life-long skilled trade, and pursue an associate’s degree from WSCC with minimal costs involved!
