Murphy Company was proud to welcome over 20 students from The Master’s Apprentice Program for a tour of our Thornton Fabrication Center yesterday! We shared what makes the “Murphy Way” special and introduced them to a few of our longtime team members – Murphy Lifers – who turned apprenticeships into lifelong, fulfilling careers. Hearing real success stories helped highlight the value of a union apprenticeship and the opportunities in the construction industry.
