Logan University – Science Building

The Logan University Science Building project at the Chesterfield Campus was a $6.5 million initiative combining new construction and renovation, completed in 2024. This project modernized the existing three-story science building and added a two-story expansion, featuring state-of-the-art anatomy labs and classrooms to enhance the university’s academic facilities.

Murphy Company was responsible for the construction and installation of the HVAC, piping, plumbing, and sheet metal systems. To minimize disruptions and maintain uninterrupted student access throughout the academic year, a phased schedule was implemented, ensuring the continued operation of legacy systems while seamlessly integrating advanced mechanical and electrical infrastructure.

Overcoming the challenges of space and logistics, our team prefabricated all the piping and ductwork offsite. These prefabricated components were then transported and installed with precision, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of the project.
