Murphy Company turned up the heat this weekend at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.’s 28th Annual A/E BBQ Competition! We brought a taste of St. Louis to the grill with crowd-favorite fire-roasted bites, like our smoked pork belly burnt ends with mac & cheese, a Murphy staple for this event. A big shoutout to McCarthy for hosting such a top-notch event, and thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate! We always love a chance to flex our BBQ skills – same time next year?
