In June, Murphy Company hosted our HMSE (Heavy Metal Summer Experience) group in our Fabrication Shop! The HMSE program supports young adults in the sheet metal trade, offering an innovative two-week pilot program designed to provide work-based college alternatives, introduce high school students and recent graduates to building trades careers, and address industry skill shortages. This initiative is all about connecting with the next generation and showcasing the opportunities in the sheet metal trades!
