🌟 Project Spotlight 🌟
We are proud to support the delivery of a new three-story medical office building and ambulatory surgery center for a regional healthcare campus in southern Illinois! The 70,000 SF facility includes a state-of-the-art imaging suite, a surgical center with four operating rooms, and two additional floors planned for future medical office expansion.
Our team is currently advancing installation of the building’s mechanical systems, including hydronic piping infrastructure for heating and cooling distribution. Prefabricated mechanical room skids have been set, and major rooftop equipment – including chillers, humidification systems, exhaust fans, and air handling units – has been installed.
In the field, ductwork, insulation, and controls are progressing steadily, supported by extensive off-site fabrication and coordination to streamline installation and quality. Once complete, our team will also assist with the careful relocation of advanced imaging equipment into the new facility.
This milestone project is scheduled for substantial completion in fall 2026, with the facility planned to open shortly thereafter. We’re proud to help deliver critical healthcare infrastructure that will support the growing needs of the community for years to come!
