🌟Project Spotlight🌟 Murphy Company is proud to be on-site at a new tilt-up data center in Berkley, MO! Our Murphy team recently installed massive ductwork sections on-site, measuring 100” x 80” and 80” x 58” – as part of our $5.8 million mechanical scope.
Working under the Pepper/Tarlton JV team, our crew brought in the Air Handler plenum in two sections totaling 78 feet, with supply air runouts up to 102 feet long (including one 76”x80” and three 100”x86” runs), delivered in 5-foot spool sections.
Thanks to 1,785 man-hours in our sheet metal shop and some serious coordination, we used custom carts and chain falls to move and set these massive ducts into place with precision. Swipe to see the process in action!
