Liberati Restaurant & Brewery

Murphy Company was contracted by Howell Construction to assist with a one-of-a-kind brewery project in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. In this unique design-build project, our team worked hard, creatively, and around the clock to turn an old warehouse into a fine-dining Italian brewpub.

Murphy Company was responsible for the design and installation of the new HVAC and plumbing systems to satisfy the needs of a full-service restaurant, dining, and brewing operation. Murphy coordinated heavily with the design team and other trades to ensure a seamless and visually appealing space within the 12,000-square-foot of this unique building. Our team installed a new RTU, a new MAU and kitchen hoods/exhaust systems, a chiller and steam boiler for the brewery, and plumbing for the commercial kitchen. In addition to the HVAC and plumbing, Murphy was responsible for designing and installing the steam and glycol systems which would be used in the brewing process.
