The Phase III Private Client Expansion project at Corden Pharma’s facility in Boulder, CO, was successfully completed in April 2022. Corden Pharma has been one of Murphy Company’s longest-standing clients in the Colorado market. This project involved expanding the tank farm for Plant 3 to increase production capacity for Corden Pharma’s customers. It was also the third phase of the project since 2020.
The main challenge our project team faced was completing the work within a tight schedule and budget. Over six months, we installed eight new tanks in Plant 3, including the process and utility piping for each tank. Effective communication and coordination among all trades ensured the project was completed safely. Across all project phases, we maintained an impeccable safety record with zero incidents.
