Murphy Company was contracted to complete a mechanical overhaul over the students’ summer vacation at Campus Middle School in Greenwood Village. Our Quick Response group took on the challenge of this difficult summer remodel to provide a comfortable environment for students and faculty.
During this three-month mechanical renovation, Murphy Company completed a boiler room equipment replacement, a full building air handling system replacement, a full rooftop unit replacement, as well as replacing the VAV’s and completing bathroom remodels. On average, we had 24 craftspeople working at one time and completed this project in 12 weeks. The project was completed successfully with zero injuries.
