Denver Christian School purchased an older facility and remodeled the space into a new private school. Due to the age of the building, certain systems were reaching the end of life and needed replacement prior to the upcoming school year.
Murphy Company was contracted to assist in the remodel. During this three-week project, we replace two 2,400 MBH 80% efficient boilers with two 2,000 MBH High-Efficiency Condensing boilers.
Murphy was onboarded to the project in late August 2017 and had a fully operational and functioning system turned over to the client before the end of October, prior to the need for the system during colder winter weather.
One reason this project schedule was feasible was due to Murphy’s in-house engineering capabilities and integrated budgeting approach, allowing for expedited pricing and approvals. This process allowed long lead equipment to arrive on site by the desired date.
